The Danish Party consisted of President Knud & Isle Nielson, Erik & Jytte Bruhn, Steen & Hanne Jensen Erik & Hanne Havemann,Knud & Inga Kristensen, Jorgen & Kathe Hansen
The Group arrived on the 8th of May 1986 and were transported From the Airport to their hotel by the following East Kilbride Rotarians, Bob Duncan,
Edwin Robertson, David McNidder, Andrew McLaren, Andrew Gold & Dan Wright

During the Saturday afternoon time was allocated for the Danes to do as they wished. On the Sunday, various East Kilbride Rotarians made themselves available to look after the Danes.
At the end of the day returned to the Torrance hotel for a buffet supper where other Rotarians joined the company
All in all a good weekend with perfect weather and good fellowship.
On the 10th of May a Civic Lunch was provided by the
District Council.
